Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons all products ALL products are final sale. 

 

ITEM(S) DAMAGED OR FAULTY: 

We will happily exchange or refund the item(s) for you. Simply notify us within 7 days. 

ALL returns take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date received back at our headquarters. We require receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item before it's approved for return. 

Once approved, you must return within 5 days of approval to get a full refund. 

 

DISCOUNTS

Discount codes are provided exclusively by Jorey Lashes. Two separate discount codes/offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. It is one discount/offer per order. JoRey Lashes reserves the right to remove any promotion at any given time.
