Shipping policy

Your cute item is En route! 

ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING OPEN BUSINESS DAY.  OUR STANDARD SHIPPING AND PROCESSING SCHEDULE IS BELOW.

First Class 5-10 Business days. 

Priority Mail 3-5 Business days.

Priority Mail (with signature) 3-5 Business days. Insurance included. In the event that your item gets lost, the customer can file a claim. 

Once the package has left our store, has been received by the post office, and a tracking number has been sent, we are not liable for any lost packaging.  We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, or undeliverable/incorrect addresses provided at check out. If your address has been entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us immediately at joreylashes@gmail.com, so we can correct your shipping address, if we have not shipped out the item already. We are not responsible if the item has already been shipped.

 

International Orders: We ship worldwide through USPS First Class International Mail , you will also receive a tracking number. Customers will be responsible for duties & taxes, according to their country.

Delivery time depends on your selected country and the handling with customs. Deliveries generally take between10-15 days to arrive, although it may vary as USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or time.
